Welcome to JōbuPT

My mission is to improve society’s physical, mental and social wellbeing by making inclusive, affordable, classes and personal training accessible to everyone in a socially responsible, motivational, efficient and convenient way.

Helping create the conditions within which people will motivate themselves to get more active, leading to improved mood, improved productivity, less illness, better quality sleep, happier, better interactions with family, friends, work colleagues and society, less strain on the NHS, more ecologically aware and much more…

Everyone has some level of fitness.
…keep it, don’t lose it…
…increase it, and support charity…
…do it with friends, make new friends…
and not only improve your own physical, mental and social wellbeing but also that of your family, friends, colleagues and local community.

3 Degrees Of Influence
